Annually "Zelyonye Listya" company supports farmers and collects all the milk that is fed to the plant in summer. Today the volume of incoming milk exceeds the real needs of the plant but nevertheless the volume of receiving milk won’t be reduced. Like last season a curd will be　fabricated from surplus of primary product.
