Innovative technologies for milk processing, developed by the technologists of "Zelyonye listya", allows you to save all the useful properties of milk, while increasing its shelf life. Tyndallization successfully implemented at the "Zelyonye listya" company's Horol plant and will be developed in the framework of the project "Innovative agrocomplex "Zelyonye listya". The technology will allow under a minimum temperature influence on the fresh milk significantly increase its shelf life.
