As federal portal of small and medium entrepreneurship reported Bank of Russia jointly with the Ministry of Economic Development will approve in March the program of refinancing of credit institutions at an interest rate of 6.5%, upon conditions that Agency of loan guarantees would provide guarantees. Key rate for the final borrower in this case is 10.75%.
