Dairy industry state support was discussed at the VI Congress of the National Union of milk producers. Attention was paid to the development of dairy farming, perspective in growth of the number of cows as well as additional subsidies provided by the state program. Dairy cattle development was emphasized in a separate subprogramm and it's a positive moment for the "Zelonye Listya" company as the project "Innovative agricultural complex "Zelonye Listya" provides a construction of a dairy farm for 4133 heads.

Recall that the project is of national importance and is in the list of the region priority investment projects and also included in the State Program of "Social and economic development of the Far East and the Baikal region for the period up to 2025"; in the program of "Socio-economic development of Primorskiy rergion on 2013-2017"; a joint activities plan of the Vnesheconombank Group and Primorskiy region Administration in 2013-2018 years. Also, the project "Innovative agricultural complex "Zelonye Listya" adopted for support Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives to new projects promotion".
