He is planning to visit Moscow, Cheboksary, Tver, Rostov-na-Donu, and Krasnodar during the trip. In the net work of the project of Innovative Agro-Industrial Biotechnogical Complex Zelyonye Listya  planning meetings with representatives of engineering and design companies. Also Victor Marchenko is going to visit milk plant which is building now in Cheboksery.
