The seminar “Programs of EBRD for financing and supporting energy efficiency projects-experience, instruments, decisions” was in Versal hotel on 30 of October.  On this seminar were shown the strategy, programs and businesslike approaches of EBRD in energy efficiency area, including financial instrument, grant resources and technical support for energy efficiency project’s realization. The Managing director of EBRD Hagenkova Natalya took a part in this seminar.
