The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zelyonye Listya Company Victor Marchenko will make a report at the conference about small and medium business problems. His speech topic is “Improving access of small and medium-sized businesses to finance”. The conference is taking part on the 6 of September in Vladivostok as a part of the APEC Business Advisory Council (BAC).30 members of BAC and 45 businessmen which include representatives of OPORA RUSSIA Organization for Small and Medium Entrepreneurship will take part in this event.
