In the season of the "big milk" “Zelyonye Listya” company’s Horol plant takes all the volume of raw milk in Horolskiy district at a high price and a cottage cheese is produced from the milk surplus. On the eve of the "big milk" season the enterprise purchased necessary equipment for processing of significant additional volumes. Moreover, the company commenced new products fabrication increasing a range of fermented dairy food and milk products.
