Gubernatorial community councils of experts will become a field for effective dialog of business and authorities. According to the Governor Vladimir Miklushevskiy, the efficiency of councils will be high although their decisions will be advisory in nature.

As we told before, the results of elections to councils were given out last Friday. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zelyonye Listya Company Victor Marchenko entered the board of expert council for attraction of investments. By the voting results he has won the 4th place in top nine with 113 points.

- The fact that authorities are ready to defer to opinion of business and science is an advantage for development of the economy of Primorsky Territory. We have ideas of how to create favourable investment climate in region and we are ready to discuss them. I hope that our company’s experience of attraction investments in innovational projects will be helpful, - Victor Marchenko said.

Well-known academic economists Alexander Abramov and Mikhail Terskiy, ex-Governor of Primorye Vladimir Kuznetsov, big companies leaders Olga Butkovskaya, Alexander Bychkov, Vitaliy Verkeenko, Victor Milush and Yuriy Rybalkin also entered the board of expert council for attraction of investments.
