The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zelyonye Listya Company Victor Marchenko is going to take part in meeting of roundtable about small and medium business problems. This meeting is taking part on the 3 of September as part of the APEC Business Advisory Council in Vladivostok. Three parts of questions which connected with participation of small and medium business in international trade will be discussed during this meeting. Victor Marchenko’s speech topic is “Improving access of small and medium-sized businesses to finance”. According to the participants of Business Advisory Council transboundary strategic alliances and state support of venture capital investment access could conduce the innovating growth.
